1). How to order?

2). Samples cost?

Our sample cost varies according to the two different cooperation modes of OEM and ODM. If you need to know the specific sample cost, please contact our customer service staff for consultation. They will provide you with accurate quotes and sample cost details according to your specific needs and cooperation mode.

3). How long is the sample delivery time?

For Original Design Manufactuer service(ODM), just need you provide your logo to us for printing on the clothes, for logo production time generally takes 3-5 working days, Printing process need 1-3 working days, so the samples production time will takes 4-7 working days, ship to your hand will takes 4-7 working days by Express, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX. 

For Original Equipment Manufacturer Service (OEM), you provide the design you want to make, and we will make the sample accoring to the fabric you required or the actual samples you provided, from we find the fabric, choose the color, and confirm the custom details, it will takes 4-6 working days, for activewear customized samples generally takes 7-10 working days, if during the peak seasons, it will takes longer time.

4). What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on your choose, we have high-quality thousands of designs for choice, New models are released every month, so we have a large selection of styles in stock, if you would like to directly print your logo on the stock designs, then our MOQ is 300pcs, accept mixed designs, colors and sizes. It is a great support to all of new-start brand clients. 

If we make the design according to our clients requirement, it depends on what fabric they use. For cut and seam design, the MOQ is 200pcs per color per design, accept 4-5 size range.  For seamless fabric, considering it is a large seamless machine works and one machine only produce one size clothes over 2000pcs one day, so our MOQ is 100pcs per size of each color each design, such as you want to make 2 color seamless leggings with four size from S-XL, then totally MOQ is 800pcs. 

Well, sometimes our clients order their customized design and our stock designs both, so totally quantity will depends on the finally price. More details you can directly contact our service team.

5). How long is the delivery time for bulk goods?

Our delivery time is 15-25 days after pre-production sample confirmation. However, it also depends on the product design, the fabric used and the process involved. For example, custom fabrics, complex prints, and multiple stitches may require longer lead times.

6). How to customize?

When you place an order and inform the specific requirements of customization, our salesman will connect your requirements to the procurement department, and the design department will purchase fabrics and paper proofing the samples according to the requirements. Once the fabric is cut, if you have custom logos and other processes, these will all be done in this step. The next step is to produce a complete sample of the finished product. Finally, we will arrange the delivery to you after the quality inspection.
