Our Sample Process

 

As a professional sportswear supplier, EKF is committed to providing customers with high-quality, customized sportswear samples. We have a strict and standard prototype production process. Through our careful time planning, we minimize potential problems in production and have enough flexibility to solve problems even outside the expected time. Ensuring quality and customer satisfaction at every stage, we are able to perfectly replicate customers' design ideas into sportswear every step of the way.

 

 

 

 

Customized samples

 

Regular sample includes: bra、yoga pants、Hoodie、underwear、t-shirt、shorts

The sample process fee is an additional US$10 on top of the sample price, such as silk screen printing, digital printing and other processes.

 

 

 

Can I Get Free Samples?

 

EKF’s potential VIP customers If you run a private sports brand with more than 50,000 fans  on social media, you only need to provide us with your brand  account. We will judge based on your account influence and brand awareness to apply for free sample production.   EKF VIP customer They are our important long-term partners. They support and  trust EKF. As our VIP customers, they can enjoy free sample  production.   Sample Fee be Refunded When the quantity of each style in the customer's bulk order  reaches more than 300 pieces, we will refund the sample printing  fee. This is our support and grateful feedback to customers with  higher order quantities. However, please note that our custom  craftsmanship and other fees are non-refundable.
