Product Development

Our team will discuss your ideas with you and advise on fabrications and suitable printing methods to develop the technical drawings and tech packs that will bring your ideas onto paper and to life.

Fabrics & Trims Sourcing

Our sourcing staff works with our network of local suppliers to provide you with an array of of different fabrics, trims, notions, buttons and zippers for your designs. Custom fabrications, dye, trims and notions options are also available.

Sampling

Our dedicated sampling lines and highly experienced workforce usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to create the paper patterns and grade the sizes before cutting and sewing your samples.

QC of Samples

After your samples are made, our product development team will check the samples for consistency and if they are good to be go.

Pre-Production

To minimise shrinkage problems, the fabrics are sent for a pre-shrunk wash.

Any changes to the details like fitting, print colours, size, position will be finalised in a pre-production sample before bulk production starts.

Confirm Details

Before the production of clothing bulk order, we will reconfirm the details of bulk order with the customer to ensure that the final product meets the design requirements and customer expectations.

Review of design drawings and specifications: Study design drawings and specifications in detail to ensure that all details, dimensions, and materials are met. Ensure that all necessary production documents are in place, such as process flow charts, quality control standards and operating guidelines.

Confirm Pre pro sample

We will make pre-production samples for final inspection and quality control before the production of bulk clothing orders:

Trial production of pre-production samples based on reviewed design drawings and specifications: Trial production of a small number of samples for evaluation This helps to more intuitively understand the color, texture, texture of the fabric and any special prints or patterns.

Keep sample records: Keep records of pre-production samples, including sample photos, size tables, material lists, etc., for subsequent production and quality control reference.

This helps identify potential problems and areas for improvement, as well as confirm that the required tools and equipment meet the requirements.

Material Sourcing

At Modaknits Apparel, our expert cut and sew team meticulously selects the best materials tailored for your clothing line, prioritizing the choice of fabric, trims, and essential accessories. 

Once the design process concludes, we present you with a comprehensive tech pack showcasing our crafted design. Upon your approval of the design specifics and measurements, we’re primed to initiate bulk production for your brand.

Fabrics Shrinking

Pre-shrinking of materials 24 hours before use guarantees perfect fitting.

Drying Fabrics

Drying the fabric before the garment is made is a crucial step. Undried fabrics may become deformed during subsequent cutting and sewing processes, such as stretching, shrinking, or twisting. Pre-drying fixes the shape of the fabric and ensures precision in cutting and sewing. And this helps maintain the size and shape of the clothes, making them easier to make and wear.

Fabric Testing

We have special inspectors, through professional testing methods and testing equipment, we will conduct quality inspection on fabrics before production.

We attach importance to the gatekeeping role of quality inspection, and are committed to correcting and preventing possible problems in the production process and effectively improving product quality.

Our skilled workers generally have more than five years of industry experience, and in the process of practice, they can achieve the best results and achieve the most accurate operation.

Printing Logo/Pattern

Sewing Clothing

Bulk Production

After confirmation of the final approved samples, purchase order, artwork and down-payment, the lead times for manufacturing apparel will generally take from 6-8 weeks.

Quality Assurance

Bryden's own QC teams will perform standard quality control checks to weed out and fix any problems before packaging.

Tag Brand

We will make a tag for your custom clothing, which is the embodiment of quality and detail. Packaging/Labeling

In the clothing manufacturing world, we understand that the devil is in in the details.

All items are steam ironed, neatly folded, packed individually into poly bags and boxed before shipping to the final destination.

READY -TO -SHIP from warehouse

Before shipment, we conduct final inspections to ensure that the products our customers receive meet their expectations and requirements.

Cosmetic Inspection:Carefully inspect the appearance of each piece of sportswear to ensure there are no flaws, stains or damage.

Quantity verification:Check whether the order quantity is consistent with the actual shipment quantity, and ensure that the quantity of each size and color is correct.

Delivery & Shipping

We’ve come to the final part! In this leg, we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be shipped to your doorstep. 

We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS and & trusted freight forwarders to ship your orders by either air or sea freight.
